The Three Levels

SHAMANISM LEVEL 1

The contents of this level:

  • Shamanic voyages

  • Finding your own Nagual (= power animal)

  • Liberation of foreign energy in the own body

  • Relief of pain in your body in the ways of shamans of different cultures

  • Stimulation of your own centre-energy by help of your life song

  • Use of power-symbols

We complete the course with a self-healing in a shamanic ritual.

SHAMANISM LEVEL 2

The contents of this level:

  • Shamanic journeys for personal transformation

  • The Second Attention – The Other Reality – Stepping over a deep Canyon

  • The “Power Walk” and “Ring of Power”

  • The own life vision

  • Shamanic dance

  • Beyond time and space – Multidimensionality

  • Returning to “the Reality”

SHAMANISM LEVEL 3

The contents of this level:

  • Beyond the dimensions of time and space

  • The weather influences (the mood) of the people – the people make the weather. Making rain and chasing clouds

  • Vision about the own life and the own samsara (= circle of all life-times) with spirit-helper(s)

  • The vision of the own life intertwining with the vision for our world and our planet. Vision about the universe

  • Reflection of the connectedness of all the experiences in the workshop for a return to daily life with practical wisdom
